May also came and went like it only lasted for a week. It started out with us all having the voms for a week and it was one of the worst times of my life. It was such a vicious bug. Somehow Vienna didn't get it, thank goodness. But the rest of us were super miserable. I still had my camera out though. When do I not? Ben and I both had our birthdays, Vienna began to crawl quickly and properly, and has also started to pull herself to stand at everything. She started solids too and has been much happier! Luke has been super busy at work, and started on the bathroom reno's...should be finished by the weekend!
A big highlight for me this month was going in Gourmet Garden's blog-off against about 50 other cooking bloggers. I have been chosen to be in a cook off against another foodie blogger at the Brisbane Good Food and Wine Festival in November! I'm so nervous, as we are to be judged by celebrity chefs, and may go on to be the face of Gourmet Garden Herbs for the next year, plus win a whole stack of other goodies. Should be fun.

We had lots of highlights! Unfortunately the month was overshadowed with a lowlight with the death of a friend. Sadly, Inca lost her battle with cancer, to the devastation of her babies, hubby and friends. Thankfully she converted just before her death. She was a wonderful, wonderful woman.
